Established in 2021, Facility Technical Services (FTS) is a Manufacture Representative Company offering Products and Services to the Commercial, Industrial and Power Industries.

FTS offers the ability to purchase multiple products and services directly from our Principles as well as offering Value Added Services to combine more than one of our Principles and provide Project Management for the whole Project.

Our sales staff uses their Engineering Principles and Field Experience to bring the appropriate solution to your project needs.


Coverage Area

FTS provides services to Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, New York, New Jersey, Vermont, Maine and Pennsylvania. We also have the ability to provide the same Products and Services to our customers in other locations upon request.

Jeffrey J. Mannis

Principal

Jeffrey J. Mannis is the founder of Facility Technical Services (FTS) which he started to offer an effective alternative for bringing quality products and services to the Commercial, Industrial and Power Industries.

Jeff has been offering service and sales to the Industrial and Power industry for over 30 years. Jeff worked for CE Power for (13) thirteen years where he held the positions of Director of Sales for the East Region and Operations Manager for the Westborough Office. 

Jeff also worked for the technical side of the Power Industry in both Operations and Maintenance and was elevated to the position of Operations & Maintenance Manager.  Jeff’s expertise was also utilized as a partner in a 75MW power project in New Haven CT. 

Jeff’s background also includes extensive knowledge in the Water Treatment Field where he worked with the treatment of Boiler, Cooling and Wastewater as well as Water and Process Equipment. 

Jeff graduated from New England Institute of Technology in Warwick, RI with a bachelor’s degree in business management and an Associate Degree in Manufacturing Engineering. 

Michael Roach​

Principal

Michael Roach is the co-founder of Facility Technical Services (FTS) which was jointly started to offer an effective alternative for bringing quality products and services to the Commercial, Industrial and Power Industries.

Michael has been in the electrical business for over 30 years. He has worked 10 years in Variable Frequency Drive business and 20 years in the Electrical Power Systems business.  Working in capacities such as, Manufacturer, Representative, Distributor and Service Organization. 

The past 20 years have been spent on Engineering, Electrical Testing and Maintenance at Emerson’s High Voltage Maintenance Group, 3C Electrical Company and CE Power Engineered Services.

Michael has worked in many positions such as; Assembly, Quality Control, Field Service, Application Engineering, Project Management, Sales Engineer, Account & Business Management.  

Throughout his career there has been a core focus of solution-based customer service.  With his extensive background, he enjoys solving customer challenges.

Michael graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA with a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management and an Associate Degree in Electronic Engineering.
